Job Responsibility
Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee retention strategies.Implement HR policies and ensure compliance with labor laws.Handle employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution.Organize and conduct training programs to enhance employee skills.Administer compensation, benefits, and performance appraisal systems.Manage employee records and ensure accurate documentation.Collaborate with leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives.Ensure a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

Educational Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.At least 5 years of experience in HR management, with a proven track record of leadership and team building.Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
Salary
$80,000 - $100,000
